Herbs

Herbs are delicious, fragrant, and easy to grow. Whether you start from seed or with a growing plant, they are great on a windowsill, planter, or in your garden. Herbs have gained in popularity as they are easy to grow and allow us to easily harvest fresh leaves and flowers to add colour and flavour to our culinary recipes. Not to mention a cool summer drink using a few sprigs of Mojito mint. Herbs are able to be dehydrated or frozen for later use. They are excellent for companion planting, as many deter various pests in the garden.
