Nursery/Perennial Sales Associate

We are seeking a Nursery/Perennial Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and plants and have good customer service skills,

Must have a good knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs,roses,fruit trees and perennials. Not afraid to get their hands dirty.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting plants and garden supplies
• Provide guidance on plant care and maintenance
• Operate as a cashier when needed
• Maintain plant material weed, clean, fertilize, prune and water as needed
• Support inventory management by restocking products and display

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to lift 40 lbs
• Enjoys working outdoors in all kinds of weather
• Strong communication skills in english both written and oral
• Knowledge of retail sales practices
• Available to work weekends
