Different kinds of pots and planters

One of the most importantfeatures of a flowerpot is the water management inside the pot. You don’t want indoor pots to leak water through to your table, but you also don’t want outdoor pots to hold onto all rain water and risk drowning your plants.

Many of our pots have saucers attached but we do stock a wide variety of clear plastic saucers , terra cotta , green plastic and black saucers as well.

Size is important

If you are repoting a plant its important to get the right size . Purchasing an oversized pot for your plant can actually slow their growth. Your plant will work on filling the pot you’ve chosen with roots before putting new leafy growth. A good rule is to choosing a pot 2-4 inches larger than your plant’s current pot size.
